I’ve always liked the look of pinstripes on pant or jackets. I’ve noticed a boom in popularity of this particular design in pants and jackets over the past 3-4 years but I know it’s been around longer than that. I first noticed it in Men’s three piece suits. It was only later on did I see them in women’s power suits.

It does convey a very professional and together look, eh? I reckon it’s not really everybody’s cup of tea and it [pinstripes] does tend to pick the kind of individual, who would be suitable for it.

I do own a wide legged linen pinstripe pants. It’s like 3 years old and it’s the most expensive pair of pants I’ve ever bought! Uh — well, that and the one I bought at Mango. Teeheehee. Anyway, I love it.
