I’ve always loved his work. And with this combination, he was able to come up with a fantastic look. Simple and chic.

As one of the judges in Project Runway, I’m sure he has his share of headaches and joys whenever he goes over all the contestant’s designs. He has my utmost respect considering he is a well-known and uber-talented fashion designer. And yea — I love his designs! If I were one of the contestants, I’d listen to him. Hahaha.

Anyway, back to the outfit at hand, the colour of the jacket is a good choice and how the length of the pants just reaches the ankle is a good touch. Wearing it with dress shoes works [evident on the image]. The entire look rocks. The slim silhouette look is so fashionable right now anyway.

However, should you decide to amp it a bit, wear something shiny and slinky underneath the jacket, uh — something like a satin cami, and opt for a different belt, replacing the wide one. Then for the footwear, of course, strappy sandals, stilleto if you must, will complete it.

And, oh, you can add a bit of accessories like earrings and/or necklaces. Teehee.
