A Top Fashioned for the Not-so-plain
Crinkled Peasant Top by Elie Tahari
Picture me yearning for this top, complete with a thousand sighs.
It is poetic, right? It’s such a romantic-looking top from one of my favourite designers. Of course, what is romance without “falling in love”? So, consider me smitten. Heeheehee.
Gorgeous. I saw it at Bloomingdale and knew I had to tell you guys about it. Aren’t you glad I did?
You can match it with bootcut or flared jeans or pants with flats. But if you want to get a little dressy, I suggest capris or gauchos with hilled sandals or stilletos. Hmmm. I like the idea of wearing it with a really cute knee-skirt with a wide hem. What do you think?
The colour’s fab! I suggest that you consider wearing it with white, old rose, olive, russet or any romantic dark hue. It matches the theme, don’t you agree?
Tell me how it goes!
