T2B Spotting: Bubble Tunic

Where? Superbowl Chinese Resto at the Megastrip, Pasig City, Philippines
She said that the top was a real attention-getter. People can’t seem to take their eyes away from it. It’s different. It’s unique. It’s a fashion statement.
I can’t say I blame those people who stared. It sure is adorable. And I’m calling it a Bubble Tunic.
The “bubble” style are fast becoming a designer favourite. A lot of clothes are made with the bubble influence. It’s a definite fashion statement. Not everyone can pull it off.
I liked how she worn it. She kept it simple. She just paired it with flare jeans and a pair of “Candy-like” (the brand!) slip-on clogs. I also commend her for carrying it well. Her look’s casual and comfortable but was still notably stylish.
I love it when I see individuals who excert some effort in their outfits. Coolness.

Oh I LOVE bubble tops. I have a few of them. My favorite is the deep orange one that I wear with just a a pair of flare jeans. And what I love most about bubble tops is that it hides the pooch that I can’t seme to get rid off even after losing so much weight after I had my baby 6 months ago. So yeah, definitely flaterring. :)

[…] How To Wear A Bubble Top? February 23rd, 2007 by Dexie The ubery-stylish Sasha from Tops2Bottoms featured a fashionista wearing a Bubble Tunic which inspired me to showcase here at BS my own version of wearing a bubble top. First of all, I found this orange one at AAFES during my birthday shopping spree last Decmeber on sale for only $1.50. Yeah, 75% off the original price then another 50% off at the register. Too bad I didn’t any other colors to take advantage of that sale. Anyhooo, what I love about Bubble tops is that it hides that annoying pooch I can’t seem to get rid off even after losing weight 6 months after having a baby. Mothers, you know what I mean. Thank goodness for Bubble Tops . I wear mine with my L.E.I Chelsea Low Rise Boot Cut that I bought from Goody’s for $19.99. Another item from my birthday shopping spree. I finish this combination off with the brown Mossimo wedge I bought from Target 2 years ago on sale for $12.99. So to calculate this fabulous get up, $1.50 for the top, $19.99 for the jeans and $12.99 for the wedge, the overall total is : $34.48. […]
