I own a Polka Dot now!

by Sasha Manuel on July 8th, 2007

I know it’s taking me a while to get through all the items I bought last time and I’m already showing off the latest ones, starting with the Tote but I’m still hoping I’d get a chance to take a decent photo of it before posting them. Ah, well. I keep forgetting. Heh.

Anyway, here’s a look on the Polka Dot V-neck Brown Dress I bought during day two of my Two Day Shopping Spree.

Polka Dot Brown Dress

You can get a glimpse of me wearing it at the Beauty & Minerals Day event where I met the Beautynomics blogger, Sophie. I simply wore the dress with the brown wide belt and with the Syrup Marno in Gold peep-toe stiletto. I also wore a bronze beaded long necklace, bronze bangle, no earrings and copper and taupe eyeshadow.

Well, the dress is one of the best finds I’ve had lately. I love it! At least, I can get of a breather now since I own a Polka Dot now. Funny, I remember contemplating on owning one a couple of months back. Ah well, I’m off to do a bit of window shopping online now. Hehe. Ta!

I got my first polka dot dress 2 summers ago and its classic lines will work for years! All I need now is a polka dot hand bag and shoes to match and I will be all hooked up!

sagerave, I love polka-dots too, but matching shoes and purse sounds over board. i think 1 piece of dot-print in an ensemble would suffice. but that’s just me :)

Sasha, love this too. It was actually quite an appropriate color for a natural make-event. Well I always associate brown with nature, hence natural :)

SageRave: Er, I reckon wearing matching Polka Dot dress, bag and shoes is a combo that might land you on the “worst dress list” but if you use them separately, you’ll look awesome I’m sure. :)

Dexie: Actually, it reminds me of Julia Roberts’ dress in Pretty Woman. Not that it looks like it, there’s something about it that triggers that memory. Hehe. :D

Dexie: Just probably too much data in the brain now. Years of accumulation can do that. ;) No worries, you’re not alone! LOL :D
