T2B Shopping: Mango Tunic in Metallic Gray
I recently took advantage of a Mango sale — 50% to 70% off — and bought me some fashion goodies. One of the items I brought home is the Sleeveless Tunic in Metallic Gray, which I couldn’t really keep myself from buying. I knew we were meant to be together as soon as my hands grabbed a hold of it. Teh boyfriend didn’t like it at first but quickly changed his mind when I went to try it on. He has to learn to trust my fashion sense, me thinks. Hehe.
I have to admit that the tunic is a bit loose for my waif-ish frame, so, the look I can go for will generally be a fusion of varied influences and a quiet sophistication that can only be found in a bit of Basquiat.
Aired it out during a recent press event, Mrs. Fields Cookie Café Launch, I attended. Check out the photo after the fold.
As you can see, I worn it over a white camisole, with a pair of flared denim jeans with a piped accent on the crease, and my black quilted patent stilettos. If you’re wondering about the accessories, I merely wore my candy earrings, black and silver bangles and a silver cocktail ring.
Twas fun wearing that tunic. I’m looking forward to more opportunities to wear it, can’t wait to see what I’d come up as I experiment. BTW, I do have another favourite Mango purchase and I’ll probably tell you guys about it soon. Hehe. Meanwhile, what do you guys think of this one?
