How do you shop for the right bra?
Embarrassing to say but yea, I’m one of those women who find it hard to buy lingerie cuz I’m so conscious about it. Having to say your bust and cup size over and over is mortifying! LOL.
Latest experience in this department was yesterday. I went and bought myself a couple. I needed a racer-back bra for my athletic racer-back tops. I’d wear a strapless but I wouldn’t want to worry about it falling off as I jump and run around. I bought myself a skin-colour racer-back and a white convertible bra. Gawd. It felt like I spent a fortune! Gah. Is it suppose to be that expensive?!
I don’t even know how an expensive bra should look like. Is it the fabric? Brand (yech)? Design? What do you have to consider when you buy one? How do you shop for the right bra?
It certainly looks like I’m an honest-to-goodness n00b in the whole buying-a-bra thingie, eh?
So, I reckon I’d ask you guys for some input. Any tips?

i love, adore Victoria’s Secret bras! I’ve got a dozen (or more!) I think. I’m based in New Zealand and no, there’s no VS here so I order everything online.
Sorry no tips but in my search for the perfect fit. I’m a 36C (imagine buying a bra in the Philippines with that size and then I’d tell how much the local and imported underwires hurt after wearing it straight for 5-8 hours). However, my search for utopia ended in 2000 when I tried my first pair of VS bra. I never looked back since then.
This is not a paid post by VS but just the feedback from a happy camper.
Ha!
