ROXY Board Shorts, Take Me to the Beach!
If my way of celebrating our (my brother and I) beach plans is to give him a pair of Havaianas, his is giving me a pair of ROXY board shorts! Stoked! LOL.
I’m a bit surprised that a size 5 is still a little too big for me, considering I wear size 6 for bikinis. Do they really size these board shorts differently? Whatta confusion. Weh.
As you can see on the photo, a *glimpse* on what it looks like. White with embroidered ‘Roxy’ design, stripe accents, and colours are red, grey and black.
I’ve always wanted to own a pair of board shorts. All for stylish reasons. It’s a great alternative to cover-ups esp on days when I really don’t like to be looking all girl-y on the beach. Sometimes, I prefer to be less *sexy* (not that I do think I’ve ever looked that way anyway, LOL) and *feminine* looking. Know what I mean?
Ah, well. This Roxy board shorts will just be part of my beach wardrobe for now. Go for the ’surfer chick’ look. Heehee. I sure can’t surf but I’m willing to try skim boarding. I’ve been urging my brother to go buy a board. If I can’t convince him, perhaps I’d go get myself one instead. Hehe.
Anyway, I can’t wait to air this baby out. Next beach trip is next month! Yay!
