Though it’s the Summer season in several parts of the globe, gloomy skies and wet days hereabouts prod me to turn to apparels that will suit it. A trench coat will never be suitable to a tropical country’s climate since it’s too hot and humid. Even the cooler days don’t earn the merit. But coats are such lovely things that I can’t help but pine for them.
Purple is not my favourite colour. I just want that said. But I do appreciate it sometimes. Which brings me to this Cute Bow Back Trench I came across this morning over at Topshop. It’s adorable. I find the design unorthodox. Well, at least, it’s something I’m not used to seeing nor wearing. I wonder if they have it in a more subdued colour for a more timeless value. It reminds me of really old coats or at least ones made and worn during the 1800s or something.
This is one piece that inspires me.
